Manufacturing of grips according to drawings

This service allows you to order parts for fishing rod handles based on individual sketches or drawings.

Material : EVA, natural cork, Burl Cork , Rubberized Cork Ring

To manufacture parts, we will need to provide a drawing or sketch of the required part indicating all dimensions

The cost of the service is indicated for 1 hour of “working time”

"Working time" includes :

1. Development of a 3D model of the required part

2. Writing a control program for processing

3. Preparatory work for the manufacture of parts (forming holes, gluing in structural elements and other necessary work)

4. Setting up the machine (aligning the axes, positioning the part, installing the processing tool, and so on)

5. The operating time of the machine required for the manufacture of parts

6. Finishing of parts if necessary (putty, Cork Seal treatment and other operations)

PS Materials necessary for the manufacture of parts (EVA, cork, etc.) are considered separately and are not included in the “working time”
